近期我司多次收到客户投诉，社会上有假冒我司产品出售，产品质量低劣，影响了我司声誉。为了更好的打击假冒伪劣产品，维护客户合法权益，保护我司知识产权，保证客户产品质量，营造公平有序的市场环境。特此申明，我司唯一生产厂商为无锡市建华电器厂。各经销商销售我司产品必须是无锡市建华电器厂生产。否则我司不予承认均视为假冒伪劣产品，并追究法律责任。望广大经销商和客户积极配合。

Declaration
Recently, we have received many complaints from customers that there are counterfeit LVD induction lamps with inferior quality sold in the market, which has greatly affected our reputation.

To crack down on counterfeit products, safeguard customers’ legitimate rights and interests, protect our company’s intellectual property, guarantee product quality and create a fair and orderly market environment, hereby we declare that Wuxi Jianhua Electric Appliance plant is the exclusive manufacturer to produce LVD induction lamps. All the LVD induction lamps sold by the distributors must be produced by Wuxi Jianhua. Otherwise the products will not be recognized considering as counterfeit products and the related company or person will be investigated for legal responsibility.
