In the second half of 2011, the second generation product of induction lamp was going to be born on a large automatic production line in Jiangsu Lide industry base which would be invested and to start operation. This is a milestone for Hongyuan in the journey of innovation.

In the future development, by insisting on a strategy of “modeling”, the following new industry bases will model the pattern of the Jiangsu Lide Industry Base, a flagship base of Hongyuan. Compared with Foxconn symbolized by “modeling” strategy, Hongyuan has its own advantages, possessing a self-owned brand. This is not just in terms of manufacturing; the company maintains its research and development program, which are a core competence for Hongyuan to prevent potential risks of being copied by competitors, among others.

As a new take-off point of Hongyuan, Jiangsu Lide Automatic Production Base safeguards Hongyuan’s profit model which can be copied. Then, Hongyuan will not only complete the copy of a running model, but also the team model, which would increase the importance of “team cohesiveness” and “adjustment of portrait and horizontal management”. Besides, Hongyuan has formed a solid growing pattern of a “Pyramid” team, ensuring the effective execution of the “copy model”, under the guidance of the direction team led by the director conference, and the adjustment of middle-level cadres.
