Hongyuan company has combined the advantages of two parities, developed LVD Solar electromagnetic induction lamp.II. The Theory of LVD Solar Electromagnetic Induction Lamp
As Fig.1: LVD Solar induction lamp is divided into 4 pcs pattern:
First: Solar battery, to realize the solar energy exchange into electricity
Second: control circuit, use to control the power discharge between solar battery and the storage battery. Storage battery supply electricity to the load to keep system safety and the work protection control etc.
Third: storage battery, the solar energy is saved in the battery
Forth: electromagnetic induction lamp

The solar energy is a equipment to exchange the sunshine to the voltage. To input the certain light to this equipment, it will produce light electricity effect, change light energy to electricity energy. As Fig 2. Solar battery is pressed and made of two different materials, formed 1 pn tie, under the certain wavelength sunshine, will form certain potential difference between n district and p district. This potential difference decides the max power supply voltage f the battery. If link the battery to form a circle, solar battery can supply the voltage to the load.
According to the theory, only need linked the solar battery with load to supply electricity, load can work. But in the fact, solar energy keeps changing, one side the time of the electricity supply is maybe not same as the time of the load work, other side normally load need certain voltage to work, solar energy battery is without the ability to offer fixed voltage, so now all solar energy supply system has storage battery to work together.
About the light source certain product, LVD electromagnetic induction lamp cooperates the solar energy battery system, it has it’s special advantages. AS we know, although solar energy is free green energy source, but solar battery is very expensive. And currently the voltage the solar battery can supply is about 0.5v. So if want to make HID lamp source work, must series quantity of solar energy battery to offer enough voltage, that cause more expensive produce cost. But LVD electromagnetic induction lamp can work under the low voltage (150v can work), it can help to reduce the amount of the solar battery, make the system cost lower.![]() 2 Control Circuit
Control circuit is the core of the system work, it’s main function is:
a. control system’s charge and discharge
When charge, solar battery charges to the storage battery, when discharge, the storage battery offers the electricity to the load. Of course the voltage of the storage battery can’t meet the requirement of the load work; control circuit can do the voltage increase to the output voltage of the storage battery.
b. Fixed time work It can auto fix the work time of the system, when the electricity isn’t enough in the storage battery, or output voltage is over the bottom, it will auto cut the load and control the solar battery to charge to the storage battery.
c. Protection function Control system can realize the system protection, when system meet problem, like: load short circuit, open circuit, battery in wrong connection, over quantity charge etc, it will auto cut the circuit.3 Storage Battery
As mentioned solar battery can’t offer the electricity to load directly, must save the energy in the storage battery, storage battery offer electricity to load, but the voltage of the storage battery can’t add on the solar battery, must keep the charge between solar battery and storage battery in the one-way. The simple way is add an ion between solar battery and the storage battery as fig 3.

LVD induction electromagnetic fluorescent lamp is a new lighting source which adopts H type discharge theory. Its structure is: high frequency producer, power coupling coil, electrodeless fluorescent tube. High frequency energy from the high frequency producer is coupled into the plasma in the tube through power coupling coil, excites plasma and through phosphor exchange to give out light. The energy from the storage battery supply the electricity to the induction lamp after voltage rose. Because the high frequency producer has its own boost voltage increase circuit, the requirement of the power supply voltage of the storage battery is reduced a lot. System only need offer 150V voltage, LVD induction lamp can work. It makes the solar battery amount is reduced, cost is reduced.Ⅲ. Application The induction lamp which adopts 80W solar battery at the average sunshine condition, the lamp can work 5 hours every night at the rate wattage 40W, can meet the base requirements of the high lighting. If use LVD solar induction light with electricity, at the battery full condition, use solar battery to supply electricity, if battery power is not enough, to use electricity, it can help to improve the system stability and the application range.Ⅳ. Summary LVD solar electromagnetic induction lamp combine the solar energy and the electrodeless lamp technology together, fully use the both advantages, it’s a new energy saving and environment friendly product. The other obviously advantage in the lighting application area is it can simplify the complicated lighting cable arrange problem. Every lighting source is an independent work system.
